The Company announces that on the 25 November 2025, it purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 0.5 pence each for cancellation at a price of 359 pence per share. The settlement date is 27 November 2025.

Following the above purchases and subsequent cancellation of the shares, the Company's issued share capital as at 27 November 2025 will consist of 130,950,000 Ordinary shares with voting rights.

The above figure of 130,950,000 Ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
