Oxford, UK - 17 September 2021:   Circassia Group plc ("Circassia" or "the Company") (LSE: CIR),  a medical device company focused on point of care asthma diagnosis and management, today announces that on 16 September 2021, Ian Johnson, Executive Chairman, purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 37.10 pence per share, Michael Roller, Chief Financial Officer purchased 125,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 37.10 pence per share and Jonathan Emms, Chief Operating Officer, purchased 26,921 Ordinary Shares at a price of 37.10 pence per share.

Following these purchases, Ian Johnson holds 550,000 Ordinary Shares (0.13% of the issued share capital of the Company), Michael Roller holds 500,000 Ordinary Shares (0.12% of the issued share capital of the Company) and Jonathan Emms holds 694,849 Ordinary Shares (0.17% of the issued share capital of the Company).
