Update on Notice of Results

Nexus (AIM: NEXS), a leading provider of essential infrastructure solutions, announces that its final results for the year ended 30 September 2025, previously scheduled for 12 February 2026, are now expected to be published by no later than the end of February 2026, in order to enable its auditors to complete the final audit process.

The Company will provide an update on timings in due course.
