DIRECTOR DECLARATION

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, NB Global Floating Rate Income Fund Limited announces that Mr William Frewen, a Non-Executive Director has informed the Company that he was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Armadale Capital Plc, an investment company focused on natural resource projects in Africa which is listed on AIM, on 21 July 2016.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr William Frewen.
