Settlement of Contract Dispute
NAHL (AIM: NAH), a leading marketing and services business focused on the UK consumer legal market, is pleased to announce that it has agreed settlement terms in a long-standing contract dispute with a supplier in its Consumer Legal Services division.
On 25 September 2026, following a protracted period of discussions, the parties met to mediate the issues, and subsequently agreed that NAHL would receive an amount of £1.85m in full and final settlement of the dispute. Under the terms of the settlement, this amount is due to be paid to NAHL on or before 15 October 2026.
Due to the uncertainty associated with this dispute, the Board had not accrued for this income in its financial results nor allowed for it in its forecasts for 2026. As a result of this settlement, the Group will now forfeit any future revenue under the contract, which was not expected to be significant.
As previously stated, NAHL expects to announce its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 on 30 September 2026.
