PURCHASE OF SHARES BY THE MOLINS PLC EMPLOYEE TRUST

Molins PLC (LSE:MLIN) announces that the trustees of the Molins PLC Employee Trust purchased 106,500 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in Molins PLC at 190 pence each on 4 December 2013.

Following the acquisition, 699,716 ordinary shares are held by the trust.
