Re: Holdings in Company - Aberdeen Asset Management Plc

Mothercare plc announces that, in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it has been advised by Aberdeen Asset Management PLC's Fund Management Operating Subsidiaries that its holding in the company has decreased and crossed through the 10% threshold to 9.98%. 

The number of shares held by Aberdeen Asset Management plc now comprises 8,842,648 ordinary Mothercare plc 50p shares.
