Mothercare plc announces that, in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it has been advised by BlackRock Inc, that its notifiable interest in the voting rights of Mothercare plc is now below the 5% threshold. The interest now comprises an undisclosed indirect holding and an undisclosed level of CFDs, which collectively total less than 5% of the company's total voting rights.
