Mothercare plc announces that Simon Calver, CEO of the Company and Matt Stringer, a PDMR, are participating in the Mothercare plc Save as You Earn share option scheme grant made on 24 December 2013 over a total of 2,903 Mothercare plc ordinary shares each. The SAYE savings contract is for a period of three years and the option price is 310p per share.
