Director PDMR Shareholding - David Williams

Mothercare plc announces that Mr David Williams, a non-executive director of the company, has purchased 30,000 Mothercare ordinary shares for his SIPP at a price of 133.1p per share.

Following this announcement Mr Williams holds a total of 71,300 ordinary shares equivalent to 0.080% of the total voting rights of the company.
