In accordance with Listing Rule LR 9.6.14, Mothercare plc announces that its Chairman, Alan Parker, will assume the position of Chairman of KESA Electricals plc with effect from 13 September 2012.  Alan Parker is currently the Senior Independent Director of KESA Electricals plc.
