There has been a spin-off for ANGLO AMERICAN PLC (UKM LISTING) (AAL LN / AAL.L /GB00BTK05J60) of 110 shares of AAP for every 1075 Anglo American shares held, and as part of the spin-off there has been consolidation of every 109 existing shares into 96 new shares.

The effective date of this Corporate Action was 2nd June 2025.

All relevant past fixings prior to (but excluding) the above mentioned effective date have been multiplied with an R-factor of 0.98150.
