Loan Facility

The Company announces that it has entered into a Euro 10,000,000 term loan facility agreement with ING Bank N.V., London Branch ("ING") for the purpose of pursuing its investment objective.

The facility has been fully drawn down today and is in addition to the existing Euro 15,000,000 term loan facility the Company already has with ING. The new facility is repayable on 13 September 2018, which is the same date upon which the existing facility is repayable. Interest will be payable on amounts outstanding at a rate agreed with ING.
