On 29 April 2008 Midas Income and Growth Trust PLC bought back 40,000 ordinary
shares for cancellation at a price of 139 pence per share. Following the buy
back, there are 43,639,950 ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back will be
financed out of the capital reserve.
