The Company announces the following transactions in its Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each.

On 8 June 2026, Phil Bentley and Simon Kirkpatrick each received Ordinary Shares in the Company following the vesting of a conditional award granted on 6 June 2024 under the Mitie Group Deferred Bonus Plan. Shares were sold to cover Income Tax and National Insurance liabilities due on the vesting of the awards. The remaining shares were retained by Phil Bentley and Simon Kirkpatrick.
