Wolfram Resources Plc (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), convened for 11:00 a.m. today, 11 March 2026, was opened, however a quorum was not present.

In the absence of a quorum, the meeting was adjourned shortly after commencement.

The AGM will reconvene at the offices of AlbR Capital Limited, 3rd Floor, 80 Cheapside, London EC2V 6EE, at 11.00 a.m. on Thursday 26th March 2026.

The proxy votes received in respect of the resolutions proposed at the AGM will remain valid for the adjourned meeting.
