The Company announces that it made application on 30th January 2001 to the
London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for a block listing of
1,000,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each and not 67,118 ordinary shares as
previously announced. 67,118 ordinary shares have already been allotted.
