Peter Clarke was granted an option to acquire 4,653 Ordinary Shares of 3 3/7 US cents each on 26 June 2009 at an option price of 195p per share exercisable between 1 August 2012 and 31 January 2013 subject to the Rules of the Scheme.

Peter Clarke is deemed to be interested in a total of 4,709,245 Man Group plc ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.27% of the Company’s issued share capital
