Prime People plc (the 'Company') announces that, on 3 December 2007, it was
notified that The Cayzer Trust Company Limited had acquired 239,881 Ordinary
Shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price
of 103 pence per share taking their total shareholding to 439,881 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 3.66% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of
the Company.
The Company also announces that on 30 November 2007 it was notified that Mrs
Marilyn Lee sold 180,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 103 pence per share,
reducing her total shareholding to 719,963 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 5.99% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
