DIRECTOR'S DEALING

The Company has today received notification that, in relation to the interest in ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares') of Mr JHJ Lewis, Non-executive Director, on 19 March 2009 the Trustees of Mr Lewis' pension sold, and Mr Lewis purchased into his personal portfolio, 500,000 Shares at 15p per share. Following these transactions, Mr Lewis' total unchanged interest in the Company remains at 1,180,849 Shares, representing approximately 9.82% of the Company's issued Shares.
