                       Change in Director's Shareholding


Prime People plc (the 'Company') announces that, on 12 June 2006, John Lewis, a
non-executive director of the Company, acquired  30,000 ordinary shares of 10p
each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of
104 pence per share, increasing his total shareholding to 895,849 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 7.4% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
