GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS

On 13 June 2016, the Company granted 25,000 options to one of its directors, Mr Tristan Price, to subscribe for ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  The exercise price for these options granted under the Unapproved Executive Share-Option Plan 2012 is 410.5p per Ordinary Share, being the closing mid-market price on the dealing day prior to the date of the grant.  These options are exercisable at any time between 13 June 2019 and 13 June 2026.
