Transfer and Acquisition of Shares

The following notification is made under article 19.1 and in accordance with article 19.3 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR") in relation to a transfer of shares by a director, Jonathan Hornby, to his wife Philippa Hornby on 8 April 2026. The transfer does not change the number of shares of Luceco plc which Jonathan Hornby and family remain the beneficial owners of, which is 26,125,624.
