The Company has today received notification that Dean Fielding has transferred 4,222,000 shares of 0.2 p each in the company to D. Fielding Limited for a consideration of £9,359,752. D. Fielding Limited is a company registered in England and Wales under number 07815933 and Dean Fielding is its sole shareholder and director.

Following this transfer, D. Fielding Limited shareholding representing approximately 4.05% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and Dean Fielding continues to hold 1,008,000 shares of the Company's issued ordinary share capital representing 0.97%. As D. Fielding Limited is an associate of Dean Fielding, in aggregate Dean Fielding holds 5.02% of the issued share capital.
