LPA Group PLC announces that on 1 April 2011 it granted options to subscribe for a total of 200,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company to directors, exercisable at a price of 32 pence per share, expiring on the tenth anniversary of grant (the "Grant").  These were granted as below:
