LPA Group plc, the innovation-led engineering specialist in electronic and electro-mechanical components and systems, announces that it was informed on 6 February 2026 that Philo Daniel-Tran, Chief Executive Officer purchased 46,029 ordinary shares in the Group at a price of 55 pence per share on 5 February 2026.

Following the above purchase, Philo Daniel-Tran is beneficially interested in 87,029 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.64 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
