BOARD CHANGE - RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

LondonMetric Property Plc ("LondonMetric") announces that Andrew Varley, a Non-Executive Director, will retire from the Board on 30 September 2017.

Andrew's intention to retire from the Board and its Committees was reported in the last Annual Report & Accounts.

Patrick Vaughan, Chairman of LondonMetric commented:
