Living REIT plc announces that on 24 September 2026, Tilford Holdings Limited, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") of Steven Windsor, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR"), acquired 135,135 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). 

Following this acquisition, details of the resulting aggregate holdings in the Company's share capital by Steven Windsor his PCAs are detailed below:
