On 2^nd October, Bromford Flagship Limited (Bromford Flagship) and LiveWest Homes Limited (LiveWest) announced talks to enter into formal discussions with a view to creating a combined business.

If the outcome results in coming together, it is proposed that the current Bromford Flagship Limited parent company would head the group structure, with LiveWest joining the group as a wholly owned subsidiary of the parent company which will be renamed Bromford Flagship LiveWest Limited.

Bromford Flagship and LiveWest will be jointly hosting a group fixed income investor call, with live Q&A, to discuss the announcement and answer any questions. The call will be via Microsoft Teams at 10am BST on 23^rd October and representatives from both organisations will be in attendance.
