PG $450k claim unrelated to Livermore's activities

The Company confirms that PartyGaming Plc filed a suit against Livermore Investments Group Limited on 23 December 2008. The suit, for approximately USD 450,000, is related to the sale of the assets of Empire Online to PartyGaming in December 2006.

The claim is not related to any of the Company's current business activities as an investment company.

Livermore's Board strongly believes that the claim is without foundation or merit and intends to defend it.
