Literacy Capital plc (LSE:BOOK), a listed investment trust primarily focused on investing directly into private businesses based in the UK, announces that Book Asset Management LLP, a PDMR and Investment Manager of Literacy Capital plc, on 15 May 2026 purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of £0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 300 pence per Ordinary Share. This purchase represents a partial fill of an order, which expired at close of business yesterday, to acquire 35,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.

Post these transactions, Book Asset Management LLP's total beneficial interest in the Company is 5,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
