Appointment of Martin Gilbert as an independent non-executive Director

Further to the earlier announcement of the completion of the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of River Global Holdings Limited by the Company, Martin Gilbert has joined the Board of Directors of Liontrust as an independent Non-executive Director on 1 July 2026. Martin Gilbert will serve as a committee member on all Board committees.

Commenting, Luke Savage, Chair, said:

Notes:

1.       The appointment of Martin Gilbert was made by the Board on the recommendation of the Nomination Committee.

2.       The Board has determined that Martin Gilbert will be an independent non-executive Director on appointment in accordance with the UK Corporate Governance Code 2024.
