LendInvest plc (LSE: LINV) ("LendInvest" or the "Company"), the UK's leading platform for mortgages, has been notified of the transfer of ordinary shares in the Company by Christian Faes, the Chair of the Board and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company. Christian Faes transferred 276,712 ordinary shares held by him directly to his wholly owned company, Faes & Co Holdings SARL. Following the transfer, the total beneficial ownership of Christian Faes remains unchanged.

Formal notification is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
