4 February 2003 that Erudite Ltd, a UK company wholly owned by him has, on 
3 February 2003, acquired 400,000 Leeds Group ordinary shares representing 1.09%
of the Company's issued share capital. The total number of Leeds Group ordinary
shares in which Mr Gyllenhammar is directly or indirectly interested now amounts
to 6,572,499. This holding represents 17.96% of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.
