Kuwait Projects Company Holding K.S.C.P., in its capacity as the Guarantor of Kuwait Projects Co SPC Limited, announced that it has signed a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with its subsidiary, The National Petroleum Services Company K.S.C.P. (NAPESCO), a related party (a subsidiary of KIPCO Group with an ownership interest of 53.87%), for the sale of 60mn shares representing 36.36% of the issued & paid up capital of JTC Logistics Transportation & Stevedoring Company K.S.C.P. (JTC), for a total consideration of KWD 30mn.

There is no material impact on KIPCO's consolidated financial statements.
