Notice of Annual General Meeting
Kropz Plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer and developer, announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at the offices of Haynes Boone, Alder Castle, 10 Noble Street, London EC2V 7JX on 24 September 2026 at 12:00 noon. The full Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "Notice") will be available on the Company's website www.kropz.com and is being posted to shareholders today, together with a Form of Proxy.
It should, however, be noted that completion of the audit of the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026 (the "2026 Accounts") is currently in progress and it has not been possible to publish these prior to the issue of this Notice. Therefore no resolution to receive and adopt the 2026 Accounts is being proposed at the AGM.
The Company expects to publish its 2026 Accounts by no later than 30 September 2026. Following the publication of the 2026 Accounts, a separate general meeting will be held later in the year at which such a resolution will be proposed.
