NOTICE OF redemption

€300,000,000 Fixed/Floating Rate Perpetual Subordinated Bonds (ISIN: XS0250742896)

(the "Bonds")

issued by

Kommunal Landspensjonskasse gjensidig forsikringsselskap

(the "Issuer")

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Issuer redeemed in full the Bonds on 11 April 2016.  

Following the redemption of the Bonds on 11 April 2016, request will be made to the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") for the listing of the Bonds on the Official List of the FCA and to the London Stock Exchange plc (the "London Stock Exchange") for the admission to trading of the Bonds on the regulated market of the London Stock Exchange to be cancelled.

This notice, which is irrevocable, is given by Kommunal Landspensjonskasse gjensidig forsikringsselskap on 21 May 2025.
