18 February 2025:Kingfisher plc, ISIN: GB0033195214 (the "Company", "Kingfisher") announces that on 17 February 2025 it purchased for cancellation the following number of ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each from Goldman Sachs International ("GSI") as part of its £300 million share repurchase programme announced on 19 September 2023 (the "Programme"). All shares were purchased by Kingfisher from GSI as an "on-exchange" transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock Exchange.
