Kerry Group plc (the "Company") announces that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 ("Annual Report 2025") has been published today and is available to view and download on the Company's website (including ESEF format) at www.kerry.com/agm.

The Annual Report 2025 has been submitted to Euronext Dublin and the UK's National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:

> Euronext Dublin: Companies Announcement Office, Euronext Dublin, 28 Anglesea Street, Dublin 2 and at direct.euronext.com/#/oamfiling; and
