Result of AGM

Kazera Global plc, the AIM-quoted investment company, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held today, 28 January 2026, all resolutions were duly passed on a show of hands save for resolution 7, which was not passed following a poll, and resolution 9, which was withdrawn, as resolution 7 on which its passing was contingent, had not passed.
