Judges Scientific Plc (the "Company")

Trading statement

The Directors of Judges Scientific Plc are pleased to update the market on the likely outcome of trading operations for the financial year to 31 December 2010.

Trading has continued to be favourable and the Directors believe that adjusted earnings in respect of 2010 are likely to exceed current market expectations.

The Directors are also pleased to report that Sircal Instruments (UK), acquired in March 2010, has been performing strongly and is producing orders, sales and margins in line with expectations.
