Director/PDMR Shareholding

Judges Scientific plc (AIM: JDG), a group focused on acquiring and developing companies in the scientific instrument sector announces that Brad Ormsby, Chief Financial Officer, and his spouse on 2 April 2026 effected a "Bed and ISA" by way of the sale of 753 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4300 pence per share and immediate repurchase of 376 Ordinary Shares and 377 Ordinary Shares into Brad and his spouse's respective ISAs, each at a price of 4305 pence per share.

Following this transaction Brad Ormsby's beneficial holding remains unchanged at 4,666 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.07% of the total issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.
