Second Quarterly Interim Dividend

The Directors have declared that a second quarterly interim dividend of 0.9 pence per share for the year ending 31st July 2013 will be paid on 16th April 2013 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 15^th March 2013 (ex dividend date 13^th March 2013).
