Russian Court Cases - Update

 

Further to the Board's previous RNS announcements regarding the lawsuits filed by VTB Bank in Russia claiming $439.5m, $81.3 million, $74.5 million and €108 million and the lawsuit filed by Sberbank in Russia claiming $830,183 against eight J.P. Morgan legal entities and the Company, the Board announces the following update from JPMorgan Funds Limited (the Company's Manager) in respect of the VTB $439.5m claim (in italics):

 

"Further to the announcement on 15th December 2025, the appeal filed to a higher court, the Court of Cassation, is now due to be heard on 16th February 2026."

 

The Board will provide further updates as the cases progress.
