Grant of Options and Director/PDMR Shareholding

Jet2 plc, the Leisure Travel group, announces that on 22 July 2026, Steve Heapy, Chief Executive Officer, was granted options over 102,242 ordinary shares of 1.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the terms of the Company's Share Reward Plan ("SRP") and 15,336 Ordinary Shares pursuant to the terms of the Company's Senior Executive Incentive (Deferred Award) Plan ("SEIP") and Gary Brown, Group Chief Financial Officer, was granted options over 78,061 Ordinary Shares pursuant to the terms of the SRP and 11,709 Ordinary Shares pursuant to the terms of the SEIP.
