Change in Director's Holding

The Company announces that Anthony Wild, a non-executive director of the Company, has today been appointed as a trustee of the Mavis Warren Settlement and the Lt Col Warren Settlement.

Prior to these appointments, Mr Wild was a trustee of entities which in aggregate held 6,409,544 ordinary James Halstead shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 6.2% of the Company's voting rights.

As a result of these appointments, Mr Wild is a trustee of entities which hold in aggregate 9,314,296 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.9% of the Company's voting rights. Mr Wild's beneficial interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares remains unchanged.
