Accordingly, the Company has 973,940,607 shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). Since the announcement of the programme on 31 December 2025 (the 'Programme'), the Company has purchased a total of 20,234,055 ordinary shares of USD 0.0124 each in the capital of the Company.
