The Company announces that it has today submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's national storage mechanism its Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the "Annual Report 2025"), as required by UK Listing Rule 9.6.1.

The Annual Report 2025 is available from the Company's website, www.iwgplc.com , and will shortly be available for viewing at the Financial Conduct Authority's national storage mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

A hard copy version of the Annual Report 2025 and the Notice of the Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting with related explanatory circular (the "AGM documents") will be sent to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications on or about 16 April 2025. The AGM documents will be made available on the Company's website (www.iwgplc.com) to those shareholders who have not elected to receive paper communications, and will also be available for viewing at the Financial Conduct Authority's national storage mechanism at the link above, on the same date.
