Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (the 'Scheme')

On 17 July 2009 employees were granted options under the Scheme over ordinary shares of the Company with an exercise price of 28.6 pence.

A director of the Company received options over shares as set out below, which will not be exercisable until 1 September 2014.
