Share Incentive Plan -Dividend Reinvestment

The Company was notified by Computershare Share Plan Trustees Limited, the administrator of the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"), that cash dividends paid on shares held within the SIP on 16 April 2026 were reinvested and used to purchase Dividend Shares on 16 April 2026, on behalf of the Company's persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR'), at the respective times. The purchase was made in accordance with the SIP scheme rules for the reinvestment of cash shares into Dividend Shares.
